The Integrated Academy for Law & AI (IALA) is an institution built at the intersection of legal education and artificial intelligence. IALA was founded with a singular conviction: that the future of law cannot be understood without understanding technology and that the future of technology cannot be governed without understanding law.

Why IALA, Why Now
India is at an inflection point. The country is drafting its first comprehensive frameworks for data protection, AI governance, cybersecurity regulation, and digital commerce. At the same time, law firms, banks, regulators, and technology companies are grappling with questions that require professionals who understand both law and AI, simultaneously.
Yet most legal education has not kept pace. Curricula remain traditional. The gap between what institutions teach and what the industry urgently needs has never been wider.
IALA was founded precisely to close that gap. We are building something that does not yet exist in the Indian legal education landscape: a dedicated, expert-led institution that takes the law-AI intersection seriously, and trains professionals to lead within it.
