As part of this course, participants will be eligible to apply for an internship with Polaris Legal after it concludes. Selection of interns, along with the mode, duration, timeline and all other terms, will be decided solely by Polaris Legal.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be eligible to apply for empanelment as Arbitrators, Mediators, or Resolvers with RDRC – RESOL Dispute Resolution Center, a dedicated online platform for fast, accessible, and affordable dispute resolution. Final empanelment is subject to RDRC’s shortlisting.

This course is designed for law students (UG & PG), graduates, young lawyers, in-house counsel, and professionals in banking, real estate, infrastructure and compliance, as well as anyone interested in arbitration law, drafting and AI in dispute resolution. No prior arbitration background is required.
The course runs across 8 live sessions over weekends, from 22 August to 5 September 2026.
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, in live interactive classes, with the opportunity to ask questions directly to the speakers.
Participants on the Advanced Plan receive lifetime access to recordings of all sessions.
No. The internship with Polaris Legal and the empanelment with RDRC are not guaranteed. Both opportunities are open to all participants who complete the course, but final selection and shortlisting rest solely with the partnering organisations.
Two dedicated modules cover AI in arbitration practice, spanning research, drafting, contract and document review, and building an AI-assisted workflow with tools like Claude and NotebookLM, with a focus on accuracy and responsible use. AI is also referenced across other modules.
Yes. All participants who successfully complete the course receive an Advanced Certificate in Arbitration Law, Drafting, International Practice & AI from IALA.
No. Concepts are built from the foundations up, so the course suits both newcomers and those with some exposure.

No. This course does not guarantee job placement. However, it is curated so that, if fully utilised, along with its practical resources, internship and empanelment pathways, it can meaningfully strengthen your profile and improve your chances of getting placed.
